Getting to Sunday evening worship:

Metro: We recommend Metro, since the church is just one block from Gallery Place/Chinatown stop (red/yellow/green lines), and a major bus stop (Circulator red line; Metrobus 70, 71). Plan your trip >>

Parking: All metered street parking takes quarters, and cost $2 for 2 hrs, and is available all around the church building and throughout the area.
The closest parking lot is one block north west of Calvary Baptist Church at 9th and H St. with the entrance on 9th (a one way street: south). Parking vouchers are in the Sunday bulletin for a reduced rate of $3 for parking in that lot (present upon leaving the lot).

Accessibility: Public metered Handicapped parking spots are available on the north side of H Street, right by the church building. The church is fully accessible.

Note: There is special parking garage attached to the Church building on 8th Street reserved for families with small children. Cost is $20 a month. To reserve a spot, register online by going to the church calendar, click “Open Registrations", then select the parking month you desire. Questions or more information on parent parking: contact Mel (mel@gracedc.net).

Getting to the Church Office:

Metro: We recommend Metro, since the office is across the street from Archives/Navy Memorial stop (yellow/green lines), and a major bus stop (Circulator red line; Metrobus 70, 71). Plan your trip >>

Parking: During business hours this area can be quite difficult to find parking. Plan to arrive up to 20 min early if you intend to park on the street: all metered street parking takes quarters, and cost $2 for 2 hrs. Most meters require payment until 9:30pm.
There is also a public parking garage just north of the office, on D St between 5th and 6th.
