Jesus On Burnout
As the election draws closer, there will be a lot of tired people in our city, facing down burnout. But burnout doesn’t just stalk people who work in politics. If you feel like a battery that can’t hold a charge, if you are run down, if you’re prone to negative thinking, or if you’re facing more to do than you can realistically accomplish in a day, you need to hear from Jesus as your boss, your teacher, or your king as he talks about admitting, addressing and avoiding burnout.
