Fellowship Team

Fall retreats in crisp West Virginia, picnics in Rock Creek Park, swing dance fund raisers, hikes on Billy Goat Trail, book clubs, dinner parties, and white water rafting… The Fellowship Team looks to create opportunities and events to encourage community among our members and also to provide avenues for Grace DC members and regular attenders to invite friends and colleagues to interact with our community in settings other than community groups or Sunday services.
Typically, the Team tries to plan one event per month, in addition to repeating monthly events, and also works with the church staff on larger church events/fellowship opportunities such as retreats and organizing sports teams.

Fellowship Team members help in the planning and implementing of events, though not every team member works on every event. To find out how you can help in this area, or get involved implementing an idea you have, contact team leaders Helena Ehrens or Jon White.
