I’m looking for a Christian male to rent a room in my College Park home. Your bathroom would be shared with one other housemate. Rent is $500 per month. Two community driven women are looking for an additional roommate for a spacious town house in the Fairlington neighborhood of Arlington. Two bedrooms with walk in closets and separate bathrooms are available in a four bedroom 3 full bathroom townhouse that includes a living room, dining room, kitchen (unfortunately the smallest part of the house), fenced in back yard and a finished rec-room with an extra refrigerator (we hope to leave one bedroom open as office / guest room)!
About the Community: Fairlington is on the national historic registry of places (wikipedia has a great article on some of its history and highlights) with beautiful trees and winding roads that is walking distance to the Shirlington Neighborhood of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, a library and a movie theatre. There is a metro bus connection that quickly and frequently drops off at the Pentagon Metro stop for easy commuting into DC.

Our South Arlington home is seeking a new housemate. We live in a three-level duplex townhome and have been here for almost four years. We are looking for a clean, fun, friendly, flexible, self-aware, Christian woman to share our home.
The available upstairs bedroom shares a full-size bathroom with the other two upstairs bedrooms. The main level features a front living room, TV room, kitchen, half bath and large hall closet. The house also has a washer and dryer, which is shared with our housemate who lives in the basement apartment.
The house also features a fenced backyard and a driveway that holds two cars (there’s also plenty of parking across the street from the house). Our landlord handles all yard maintenence and mowing.
