Values and Capitalism Program Manager
The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) seeks a program manager for its Values & Capitalism project, a project to engage college students and faculty with a strong emphasis on reaching out to evangelical campuses. The project, which explores the moral and material nature of a market economy, includes campus debates, campus speaking events, a faculty network, national conferences, and a book series. The principal objective of the Values & Capitalism program is to promote AEI’s mission on campus.
Job responsibilities for the position include the active daily and long-term management of all aspects of the project. Tasks include, but are not limited to: strategizing ways to accomplish the project mission; implementing project strategy and reporting metrics to executives; supervising events; engaging student leaders and faculty on campus; overseeing publicity and marketing activities across mediums; and producing a series of books and curriculum in conjunction with AEI scholars and the Values & Capitalism team.
Required Experience
This position requires entrepreneurial experience, preferably from the idea to the execution stage. The position requires excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate would have experience with program management, marketing, and new media. Familiarity with the evangelical college community is strongly preferred.

NAE Fellow for Evangelical Engagement
The NAE Fellows Program is a one year internship in evangelical civic engagement. Successful applicants will secure the endorsement of their local congregation. The internship is unpaid but interns may work part-time in another paid position, or may raise funds through their church or other supporters, which will be made available for living expenses.
Qualifications:
• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
• Commitment to the NAE mission, affirmation of NAE Statement of Faith, and membership in the NAE

Under the leadership of Dr. Michael Youssef (CEO), this Atlanta-based organization partners internationally with in-country follow-up teams to encourage new believers in their faith, helping God’s Kingdom to passionately grow around the world.
Leading the Way currently needs an experienced strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to further strengthen the global reach of its brand. The CMO will be responsible for guiding Leading the Way in the areas of advertising, graphic design, public relations, events, digital and social media and overall storytelling and messaging.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for all LTW internal and external marketing and communications efforts.
• Provide leadership to supervise and develop a team of marketing professionals.
• Be thoroughly educated about LTW’s mission, vision, and goals, and provide leadership and strategic direction for all global marketing efforts including market research, internet/online marketing, the use of social medial, traditional consumer marketing, product development and promotion, print, direct mail/direct response and events that support LTW’s overall goals.
• Ensure LTW’s brand strategy is consistently communicated and reflected in all LTW’s communications, products, and services. Ensure consistency of messaging in all LTW productions, website, and promotions.
• Become thoroughly acquainted with various messaging restrictions in different countries where LTW is making an impact for Christ.
• Implement processes for handling marketing/communications needs and requests to support all areas of the ministry including radio, TV, internet, executive office and development efforts.
• Develop new and enhance existing ministry partnerships to heighten awareness of LTW through PR and media relations.
• Participate as a member of LTW’s executive leadership team by providing input on the status of current marketing initiatives and on creative ways to increase LTW’s revenue.Qualifications and Experience:
• Mature Christian with evident passion for the ministry of Leading The Way and a global Christian perspective.
• Bachelor’s Degree – at minimum – is required. Preferred concentration in marketing or communications.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in marketing oversight and supervision/coaching of marketing staff, preferably in a media driven non-profit ministry environment. Some corporate experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable of online/internet marketing and effective use of social media. Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and blogging.
• Knowledge of media placement and buying.
• Experience with print and promotions advertising.
• Experience with strategic small, medium, and large event planning.
• Exceptionally creative with a proven track record of taking an idea, building a theme, and overseeing implementation of comprehensive marketing plans across radio, TV, print, web, social media, and events.
• Strong strategic visionary and planning skills; experience developing short and long term marketing plans; ability to effectively process and analyze data to make marketing decisions.
• Experience developing and managing a marketing budget of at least $3MM.
• Solid success in supervising and building a marketing team based on organizational goals; a coach and mentor, motivator who inspires staff to meet high standards, provides feedback, fosters creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other department heads, lead cross-functionally, obtain results.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Goal oriented: enthusiastic, hands-on creative marketer.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills. Seeking Part Time Nanny in Burke/Springfield/Annandale Area for End of May
Christian family in the Burke/Springfield/Annandale area of Fairfax County looking for a nanny for our infant daughter starting on May 17, 2012. The job would require approximately 21 hours per week from 7:15 a.m. until around 5:45 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, although some days may run slightly later. The day will go no later than 6:30. The nanny will be asked to take care of our baby and clean up after the baby and her own daily activities, but do no other house cleaning.
Nanny must have experience caring for infants, have own transportation, be a non-smoker, and provide references.
