			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On Friday, February 10, and Saturday, February 11, Grace Downtown counselor Dr. Jackie Griffith and her husband, Dr. Howard Griffith, will discuss the biblical view of marriage and the ways in which husbands and wives can forge stronger lives together. The seminar is being held at Wallace Presbyterian Church in College Park, MD. Couples and singles welcome. <p>Friday, February 10 at 7:30 p.m.<br />
(Beginning with a time of light refreshments)</p>
<p>Two Sessions on Friday night:  “A Matter of the Heart” and “Christ Restoring Marriage”</p>
<p>Saturday, February 11 at 9:30 a.m.<br />
(Lunch will be provided)</p>
<p>First Session:  “Love and Solving Differences”<br />
Second Session:  “Forgiving and Communicating”<br />
Question and Answer Session following lunch.</p>
<p>Our guest speakers will be Dr. Howard Griffith and his wife Dr. Jackie Griffith.  Howard Griffith is the Associate Professor of Systematic Theology and the Academic Dean of Westminster Theological Seminary’s Washington, D.C., campus.  He served as pastor of All Saints Reformed Presbyterian Church in Richmond for 23 years and has taught Systematic Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary since 2002. Warm-hearted and committed to the church, Howard is a gifted theologian, bringing redemptive historical biblical exegesis to bear upon the church’s theology.  He is a graduate of Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary (MDiv) and Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia (Ph.D).</p>
<p>Jackie Griffith is a graduate of the University of Maryland (B.A.) and the University of Pittsburgh (M.Ed., Ph.D.). She does individual counseling through Grace D.C. (PCA) with men and women experiencing various psychological struggles, relationship struggles and the need for spiritual guidance. She also does couples therapy. She was on the teaching staff of Ligonier Ministries and has taught Marriage Counseling at several seminaries.</p>
<p>The Griffiths have been married for 31 years and have raised five children together.  They frequently lead marriage workshops.</p>
